We are located on the east coast of the United States and we ship via Priority Mail.
Unless your item is on backorder you can expect to recieve it within 10 days of purchase, barring inclement weather and postal outages.
If you are an international customer shipping can take much longer - this all depends on the laws of your own country. We have no control over how long
customs may decide to sit on a package before clearing it.
Please do not request a different method of shipping as the only available options are displayed during checkout.
We do not sell on a return basis. Our products are meticulously made using quality goods and state of the art techniques.
