1. PLACING AN ORDER
How To:
Found what you were looking for? Cool. First click the product image, then put in your size in the drop down box on the right. After click ADD TO CART then CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT. When entering checkout, you’ll have to set up your New Customer Account or enter your existing account info. Once in, you’ll have to specify your payment and shipping information.
Payment:
At meanshirts.com, we accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, money orders, and OUR gift certificates. UNFORTUNATELY, NO PERSONAL CHECKS. When buying with a money order, we’ll e-mail you to, 1) confirm the order and 2) to provide the address to mail your money order to. The whole process is secure to assure that no one will be able to get your personal information.
Problems:
Some solutions to most ordering problems are. . .
A) Be positive to enter the billing address as the same that appears on your card statement.
B) Please don’t try ordering with a bad internet connection. Usually it causes more problems than anticipated. Restart the computer if need be.

Wholesale:
If you have a shop and want to sell our shirts and your initial purchase can be over $250, please fill out our wholesale inquiry form. If your account is approved we will send a pricelist and all details about the order process.
Custom Orders:
If you would like to inquire about custom print work we will be glad to get you a competitive quote. Please fill out our custom inquiry form and we will get back to you ASAP.

2. INFO ON OUR PRODUCTS
General Info:
Our shirts are made of 100% pre shrunk cotton, medium to heavy weight. The sizes vary depending on style, design, and availability. The designs are a collection of in house and liscensed designs. The use of t-shirt designs without consent from the owners of those designs is not only wrong, it can have many other implications. BUT, if you do want to use an image, JUST ASK! Provide a link to our site and it won’t be a problem.
Can’t Find It?:
All of our shirts can be found directly at meanshirts.com. Within each section, you’ll find a navigation bar to jump directly to the other sections. Use this, or simply scroll through the page.
3. GETTING IT TO YOU
Where We Ship:
We will ship to anywhere in these United States, usually taking 7-15 days. We also ship to most places outside of the country, taking an additional 7-10 days. If you’re outside of the US and encounter a problem when ordering, please contact us to make sure we can get the order to you. In the event that an order cannot be shipped to, we sincerely apologize. But, bear with us. We’ll find a way soon.
How You Can Get It:
We ship through the U.S. Postal Service. The options available are Priority and Express. Please verify that the Postal Service can deliver packages to your address. We understand the need for urgency at times, but are unable to complete requests for shipment via FedEx or UPS. Again, problems or questions dealing with shipment outside of the US should be handled by contacting us.
4. RETURNING STUFF
The Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase on non-worn, non-washed items. Each return must include a $6.00 restocking fee and a note explaining what size is needed. We will send another size for you as long as it is the same design and the same price. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES AND IN-STORE CREDIT. Defective items are handled on a case by case basis. Just send us an e-mail with a picture of the defect.
